No refunds will be provided for "no-shows" or unused services during the tour.

Sai Thirumal Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or third-party service providers.
Sai Thirumal Tours acts only as a booking facilitator for transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and other travel-related services.
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers during the travel experience.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.
